Beauty and wellness operations, centralized on one ERP

Kirei BD is an AI-driven women’s health and personal care company in Chittagong, selling personalized skincare, haircare and wellness products through a cash-on-delivery e-commerce model. Brain Station 23 implemented Odoo 18 Enterprise, replacing spreadsheets and disconnected platforms with one system for accounting, inventory, procurement and e-commerce.

01At a glance

The project in three lines

The challenge

As online sales grew, spreadsheets and disconnected platforms could no longer run accounting, inventory and operations.

The solution

Odoo 18 Enterprise with custom integrations for the e-commerce site, COD courier payments and intercompany transfers.

The outcome

Accounting, inventory, procurement and e-commerce on one real-time platform, ready to scale.

02The challenge

Growth outpaced the spreadsheets

Kirei BD sells through cash-on-delivery e-commerce alongside retail and warehouse operations. The pre-ERP operating model created bottlenecks across every department.

  • Spreadsheet-based finance caused delayed reporting, with no proper balance sheet.
  • Warehouse, store, e-commerce and in-transit stock were not centrally visible.
  • Purchase requests, vendor communication and payables were handled manually.
  • COD collections and bank transfers were reconciled outside any single system.
03The solution

Odoo 18 Enterprise, fitted to a COD business

The project began with deep-dive workshops across finance, inventory, procurement and operations. Brain Station 23 configured Odoo 18 Enterprise around Kirei BD’s COD-heavy e-commerce model and built custom integrations alongside the core system.

  • Accounting
  • Inventory
  • Purchase
  • Sales
  • E-commerce API bridge
  • COD courier ledger
  • Intercompany automation

Built for how Kirei BD sells. The existing storefront syncs sales, stock and accounting with Odoo in real time. Courier payments land in a dedicated COD ledger, leaving manual reconciliation only at the bank-transfer step, and intercompany transfers generate matching sales and purchase orders automatically.

04Key outcomes

One source for the whole business

  • 16Weeks to implement
  • 4Core Odoo modules
  • 3Custom integrations
  • 4Stock locations in one view
  • Centralized visibility: accounting, inventory, procurement and e-commerce run on a single real-time platform.
  • Faster reconciliation: courier and COD payments are recorded from API data, with manual work limited to bank transfers.
  • Faster reporting: management reports come from one system instead of being compiled from several sources.

“Brain Station 23 helped us centralize our accounting, inventory, procurement, and e-commerce operations into a single platform. Today, we have much better visibility, faster reporting, and more confidence in managing our daily business operations.”
