How It Works

1. Configuration

Centralize your tax rules for easy management:

1. Navigate to Payroll > Configuration > Settings to set your fiscal year and other parameters.
2. Go to Payroll > Configuration > Tax Settings to define:
   • Tax Policies: Create all income slabs.
   • Tax Categories: Set gender-based exemption limits.
   • Tax Regions: Define location-specific minimum tax.

2. Employee Contract

Enable auto-calculation with a single click:

1. Open an employee's contract.
2. Check the "Auto AIT?" box.
3. Assign the correct Tax Category and Tax Region.
4. Click the "Calculate" button to project the monthly AIT deduction based on the employee's salary.
