BS Advance Lot Transfer

BS Advance Lot Transfer gives Inventory users a focused interface for correcting or reorganizing lot allocations while stock remains in the same location. It updates the source and target lot quantities and creates a traceable transfer log.

Target lots are selected from existing active lots for the same product. A default target can be configured to speed up repetitive transfers, while confirmation and quantity validation help prevent accidental entries.

Access lot-transfer tools from the Inventory Operations menu

• Enable or disable lots as transfer targets

How To Use

1. Go to Inventory → Operations → Transfer Lots.
2. Select a warehouse and optionally narrow the results by location, category, or product name.
3. Click Fetch Products to load positive lot quantities.
4. Select an existing target lot and enter the quantity for each line you want to transfer.
5. Click Transfer, review the confirmation summary, and confirm.
6. Review completed entries under Inventory → Operations → Lot Transfer Log.

Installation

1. Download the module and place the bs_advance_lot_transfer folder in your Odoo addons directory.
2. Restart the Odoo server and update the Apps list.
3. Search for BS Advance Lot Transfer and click Install.
4. Give the relevant users Inventory User or Inventory Administrator access.
